How quickly can you provision a new server?

Most servers are live within 2-4 hours of payment. Bare metal custom builds can take 24-48 hours depending on specific hardware requirements. We’ll give you a precise timeline when you order.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth allocation?

We don’t cut your server off. We’ll reach out to discuss your options — usually upgrading to the next plan or adding a bandwidth top-up at $0.01/GB. No surprise bills, no sudden shutdowns during a traffic spike.

Do you offer root access?

Yes, always. Full root access on every plan. We manage what you want us to manage — the rest is yours. We’re not into the “walled garden” approach where you can’t install your own software.

How do backups work? Can I restore myself?

Backups are stored off-server on separate hardware in a different availability zone. You can trigger a restore yourself through the control panel, or call us and we’ll do it for you. We keep 7 daily, 4 weekly, and 3 monthly snapshots by default on our Pro plans and above.

Is there a long-term contract?

No lock-in contracts on standard plans. Month-to-month billing with a 30-day notice to cancel. We offer 15% off for annual prepayment if you want to save, but we’re not going to handcuff you. If we’re not delivering, you should be able to leave.

Do you support colocation or hybrid setups?
