Our primary data center is in Ashburn, Virginia — the heart of the US internet backbone, where most major networks interconnect. We maintain secondary facilities in Phoenix, Arizona and Miami, Florida for geographic redundancy. All locations are hurricane-resistant and outside of known flood zones.
Every rack has two independent UPS units running in parallel. If utility power fails, online battery backup kicks in with zero transfer time. Diesel generators take over within 10 seconds for extended outages — and we test them every month under full load. Our generators have run for 72+ hours during regional grid failures without interruption.
Precision HVAC with hot/cold aisle containment keeps every rack at optimal temperature. We run N+2 cooling — meaning we have at least two more units than strictly needed. If one fails, the others handle the load without any temperature spike reaching servers. Temperature is monitored in real-time, and alerts fire before any hardware is at risk.
Access requires biometric verification (fingerprint + iris scan). Every entry and exit is logged with CCTV footage retained for 90 days. Only 6 people on our team have physical access credentials, and every access event is logged, audited monthly, and reviewed by our compliance officer.
